This is an informational development page, not a list of working proxies. Public proxy and tunnel metadata is kept separate from the checked OpenVPN catalog and is not presented as connectable until a matching checker passes it.
HTTP, HTTPS CONNECT, SOCKS4, SOCKS5, VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria2 and TUIC parsers may import metadata into internal snapshots. Import alone is not evidence that an endpoint is usable.
VLESS endpoints that pass a full isolated sing-box tunnel, HTTPS and changed exit-IP check are listed in the checked VLESS catalog. UUIDs and subscription URIs are not embedded in the public snapshot; a current URI can be fetched on demand from the allowlisted public source only while its endpoint check is fresh. OpenVPN profiles continue to use the separate .ovpn download flow.
Rows with port 0, invalid hosts, duplicates, missing URI or credentials, metadata-only publication, unsupported checkers, timeout, preflight failure, TLS insecurity or unconfirmed third-party domains are not shown as working endpoints.
