What to include

For server reports, include the country, host or IP, port, protocol and the issue you noticed. For takedown requests, include proof that you own or administer the listed server.

Responsible use

PublicVPNList lists public configurations and measurement data. We do not operate the VPN endpoints, but we review credible correction and removal requests to keep the catalog accurate.

Corrections, source updates and removals

If a listed server belongs to you or your organization, send the host, IP address, port, protocol, source URL if available, and the requested action. For corrections, include the accurate country, protocol, port or source name. For removal, include enough context to verify that the request is legitimate.

If you want to suggest a public OpenVPN source, include a direct source page or repository, the expected update frequency, and whether the files are intended for public use. Profiles must contain valid OpenVPN directives and may still be excluded if they fail live checks or create user safety concerns.

Frequently asked questions

Can I request removal of my server?
Yes. Send the host, IP, port, source URL and proof that you own or administer the server so the entry can be reviewed.
Can I submit a new OpenVPN source?
Yes. Public OpenVPN sources can be reviewed, but profiles must pass validation and live checks before appearing in public tables.
Does PublicVPNList provide VPN support for third-party servers?
No. The catalog lists public profiles and measurements, but the endpoints are operated by third parties.
