Download the same prebuilt snapshot used by API v1. Stable latest URLs update atomically; versioned URLs remain immutable.

Public-server warning: endpoints belong to third parties and can change after publication. Technical checks measure reachability and performance, not privacy, identity, operator trust or logging.

Configuration bundle status

The stable ZIP currently contains only README, manifest and checksums, with 0 .ovpn files. Raw profiles stay excluded until source-by-source redistribution rights and static safety checks are confirmed. The archive name remains stable for future compatible publication.

Country files and versions

Country files are generated only where at least five eligible records exist. Example: US JSON, US CSV and a policy-only US ZIP with 0 profiles pending license review.

Current latest version: 20260728T094507Z-4dfa840dce2a. Latest immutable archive: 20260728T084007Z-303f18c2550d. Versioned files use /exports/versions/{dataset_version}/; archives are created at most four times daily and retained for at least 90 days.

Verify downloads with sha256sum -c checksums.txt. Clients should compare the manifest’s generated_at/expires_at and fetch again after next_update_at from API dataset metadata.

License, attribution and takedown

Dataset metadata and measurements are separated from third-party configurations. See data terms, source attribution and measurement methodology. Operators can request correction or removal through contacts.

The official GitHub repository publishes API schemas, examples and validation tooling. Endpoint datasets, ZIP bundles and raw .ovpn profiles remain excluded from GitHub until their source-by-source redistribution rights and a separate dataset license are confirmed.
